Job Description:

1. Ensuring that monthly sales targets of their region are achieved. 2. Ensuring that procedure defined for stock receiving and reporting shortages in stocks from warehouse and inter transfer is fully implemented and followed by the store managers. 3. Ensuring that procedure defined for TT pairs is fully implemented and followed by the store managers. 4. Ensuring that all entries in the software are done on daily basis by the store managers. 5. Ensuring that stores are online during the store working hours. 6. Ensuring that indiraj pairs are dispatched to warehouse in their due dates. 7. Ensuring that all maintenance work is done at the store in a proper way and in due time. 8. Ensuring that proper staff attendance is maintained at stores and daily record is emailed to HR department. 9. Ensuring that all staff problems and matters are resolved in a proper way and in due time. 10. Ensuring that stock standards are maintained at the store. Strong coordination should be kept with planning and distribution department so that so stock shortage is faced at stores. 11. Ensuring that all queries and explanations of accounts and audit departments are answered by the store managers promptly. 12. Ensuring that discount procedure defined is followed by the store managers. 13. Ensuring that Fashion ID procedure is followed by the store mangers. 14. Ensuring that on month end all the documents required by the audit department are send to head office properly and in due time. 15. Ensuring that proper inventory of stationery and supplies are maintained at the stores all the time. 16. Ensuring that proper filing of expense sheets, receiving, inter transfers, utilities, inter transfer memos, attendance, etc are properly maintained. Also making sure that expense sheets are emailed to head office at shop closing and deposit slips are faxed to head office next day in due time. 17. Ensuring that RP pairs are send to ware house on the same day and procedure of RP is fully implemented and followed. 18. Ensuring that inter transfers are executed in a proper way and in due time. 19. When any marketing activity is launched, ensuring that every thing is properly executed. 20. Ensuring that shop displays are always maintained according to the company standards. 21. Assisting inventory team in doing inventories of the store as and when required. 22. Ensuring that all polices of the company are fully implemented and followed. 23. Ensuring that staff is motivated all the times. In this regard off and on meetings should be conducted at the stores with the staff. 24. Ensuring best customer service. 25. Ensuring best environment of the store. 26. Ensuring time to time market visits and analysis of the competitors. 27. Suggesting new store locations.
